Students Services

The technology Department also provides services to the students of technology department  relating to the attendance, clearance certificates, enrollment issues and other multifarious issues relating to academic and professional development.

QEC has incubated a new department called Student Services Center (SSC). The purpose of this department is to facilitate students by all possible means, give them one-step service. Currently SSC is dealing with all the non academic departments of the university for e.g. Registrar Office, Controller of Examination, Accounts Office, Transport Office, Library etc. SSC guides students regarding their clearance procedure, applying for Degree, Interim Transcript, Transcript, Detail Marks Certificate (DMC), Duplicate Result Cards, Verification of Documents, Issuance of No Objection Certificate (NOC) and Bonafide, Duration Certificate, and many other routine based issues.

The Administration Staff consist of Admin Manager, Admin officers,Coordinators and data operators along side Messengers for Both Morning and Evening shifts. This Office is Responsible For smooth conduct of Classes and for holding of timely exams for its different technologies alongside maintaining record of tests and offering different courses to the students of technology. This office also maintains liaison between the parents and the admin staff.
